are winners of a $1000.00 Bursary from Ross' Independent Grocer.
ST. EMILY SCHOOL
St. Emily School used the funds for continued improvement for digital technology in the classrooms. This bursary, thanks to Ross' Independent Grocer allowed the much needed funding towards Smart Board technology. A special thank you to Home Depot for providing the supplies and Access Rigging for the vehicle. St. Emily would also like to thank the organizers for the opportunity to participate in this community building event, the parade sponsors and the big man in red, Santa!

Berrigan Public used their prize money to purchase much needed math manipulatives for the students.
Longfields Davidson Heights High School
We have a character education program at Longfields school. We encourage students to get actively involved in helping others. It is important for us to make childern understand how they can make a difference. This money was used by this program. We went to the Me to We conference in Toronto and had some motivational speakers into the school to talk to our students.
